Lisa Bebie, PTA | President and Founder

Over 20 years of long-term therapy leadership with a passionate commitment to evolve the functionality of therapy services for the aging population as well as enhancing SNF operational processes for increased efficiency and maximization of reimbursement. Operational and clinical expertise in leadership and marketing models that are created by exceptional clinical programming to set our customers apart from their competition by a holistic philosophy.

Isaiah Rupp, MBA-HCA, PTA | VP of Operations, Co-Founder

With an MBA in Healthcare Administration from South University and as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Isaiah serves as Evolve Therapy’s Director of Operations. In this role he oversees all Therapy operations for our customers, working to build strong clinical, operational, and business strategies within the teams. Before helping launch Evolve Therapy Services, Isaiah served in various roles across the therapy industry progressing quickly in operations oversite due to his ability to teach, train, and build up those around him. His teams, sites, and client’s success are built on the ability to facilitate buy-in and spur growth from those he works with. The framework for how we have built and will continue to build this company comes from the mindset of one of his favorite quotes by Harry Truman, “It’s amazing what you can accomplish if you don’t care who gets the credit”.
