Isaiah Rupp, MBA-HCA, PTA | VP of Operations, Co-Founder
With an MBA in Healthcare Administration from South University and as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Isaiah serves as Evolve Therapy’s Director of Operations. In this role he oversees all Therapy operations for our customers, working to build strong clinical, operational, and business strategies within the teams. Before helping launch Evolve Therapy Services, Isaiah served in various roles across the therapy industry progressing quickly in operations oversite due to his ability to teach, train, and build up those around him. His teams, sites, and client’s success are built on the ability to facilitate buy-in and spur growth from those he works with. The framework for how we have built and will continue to build this company comes from the mindset of one of his favorite quotes by Harry Truman, “It’s amazing what you can accomplish if you don’t care who gets the credit”.

Tami Thiesen, PTA | Director of Operations
Tami Thiesen, Director of Operations is a licensed PTA that comes to Evolve Therapy Services with 16 years of experience in SNF, ALF, and Home Health. With a passion for mentoring and growing successful leaders, Tami strives to lead her regional leadership team and Director of Rehabilitation to drive strong clinical outcomes and operational metrics as well as provide an optimal experience for our customers.
